How to use

Shipping

All orders are shipped within two (2) business days of receiving the order. We are closed on holidays and do not operate on the weekend. 

 

Your order may be shipped with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking will be provided with all shipments and will be available to you via your account on our website or also by request if you contact us directly.

 

Currently, we do not ship internationally. For international shipment requests, please contact us directly at nature@mothernaturesfood.net

Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For "Change of Mind" returns, return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at nature@mothernaturesfood.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
